The Nebaj.com businesses featured on this site were initially created by Gregory Van Kirk and George B. Glickley, two recent Peace Corps Volunteers. Since the completion of their work in Peace Corp, Greg and George founded Community Enterprise Solutions ("CE Solutions"), a 501 C(3) Not-for-Profit development organization.  While the CE Solutions team continues to support the highlighted businesses of Nebaj.com, the team primarily focuses their efforts on transferring both knowledge and resources to local individuals, thereby giving individuals the tools to improve the quality of their lives and the lives of others in their community. For the past four years, CE Solutions has successfully created local solutions by designing unique models that create efficient income generating educational opportunities. Its success is derived from the creation of practical, low cost and flexible solutions that address real needs and offer compelling opportunities. CE Solutions conducts extensive analysis to ensure that the designed solution and implementation mechanism is one that is appropriate for the local environment and their constituents.

In short, CE Solutions' mission is to create and implement practical, efficient and effective entrepreneurial and educational ventures with and for their constituents in rural developing world communities.
