Prices are affordable, and the pizza makes for a welcome diversion from the tortillas and beans that are so common in homestays. Make sure to stop by Genio's if you are spending some time in Nebaj.

Poppy's Restaurant is a bit newer than other restaurants in Nebaj, but it has proven popular, frequented by tourists and locals alike. Poppy's features a wide variety of foods, including American fare (like soy burgers) that is hard to come by in the Ixil Region. Prices are low, and a portion of the profits goes to help Mayan children in the area.
